The brain drain from developing countries..

Brain Drain occurs when there is a lack of oppertunity in a certain area. For instance, professionals living in a developing nation may leave in search of better oppertunities in parts of the devaloped world. In addition, brain drain may also occur at the organizational or industrial levels when workers perceive better pay. Benificts within another companyor industry. Trained health professionals are needed in every part of the world.However, better standards of living conditioning in developed countries with high salaries, access to technological and quality of life etc.. The intellectuals of any country are some of the most resources because of their training in terms of cost and time.


So what are the causes of , brain drain ? there are several factors that lead to brain drain. Some of the main reasons why people choose to leave their mother countries.

  • To find new economic benificts, including new jobs .

  • Political strife and instability.

  • Percution based on religion.

Brain drain can have major major effects. The effects are felt not only in the area where the brain drain takes place. Another effect on areas that experience brain drain is the revenue. Also the brain drain end up with a dearth of human capital. some of these factors include overcrowding more people in one area puts a stain which can lead to higher prizes and taxes.

While there isn't an easy fix to brain drain, these are some things that business and government leaders can do to reduce it.

  • Offering competitive wagers.

  • Providing affordable housing solutions.

  • Paying the way for legal and social platform.

Brain drain has a big impact on developing nations. It often leaves a hole that is hard to fill.

there may not be as many people with similar skills to fill that void. citizens may not be able to access quality resources , such as education, health care which affects their quality of life.
